FAQs

Question: I see in the lab report one of your top products you recommend contain quercetin. None of the other products have any. What is quercetin and why do you test for it?
Answer: Quercetin is one of the strongest natural anti-inflammatory substances you can take. This miracle substance is literally like natures Advil without the potential for stomach or kidney problems. It is highly effective when it comes to treating a wide range of prostate related problems. A recent study published demonstrates that quercetin provides long-term relief with zero side effects. Men who suffer from an enlarged prostate find swelling will go down faster when supplementing their diet with high levels of quercetin. Quercetin is a key reason our top products are so effective. When you have an enlarged prostate you are not able to fully empty your bladder. As a result internal inflammation runs rampant.

Question: I always have to get up in the middle of the night multiple times to go to the john. It has had a negative effect on my entire personal life and business. I feel tired all of the time. My doctor has suggested that I try a natural prostate and give it a shot before chaining my self to Avodart.

Answer: The simple answer is that everyone is just a little different. A man in his mid-forties just beginning to get symptoms might literally see results in 4 or 5 days. While a guy in his 80’s with a very enlarged prostate might need 30 days of daily treatment to see improvement. It is not unusual either for men with big prostate problems to see changes fairly quickly. In general though, plan on about 30 or so days and hope you are one of the majority of men who will see improvement in less than a week. One of the first things guys report is not having to get up in the middle of the night.

Question: It seems like at every drugstore they sell a product called “Schiff Prostate Health” for $9.99. Does this stuff work? Is it a good deal?

Answer: You might think that is the case because Schiff Vitamins is one of the oldest and most trusted names in the business having been in business for over 70 years. While Schiff is a company with integrity and a long record. Just because the price is low does NOT mean it is a good deal. Why pay $1 for a product that doesn’t even work? You will still be in pain, and still getting up in the middle of the night and looking for bathrooms all day. If the product actually works what is a good night’s sleep worth? Your ability to get restful sleep impacts virtually every area of your life. Your sleep is priceless.

Question: Why are the incidences of prostate problems so low in Japan? Is it genetic?

Answer: You are 100% correct. The lowest rates of prostate issues are found in Asia. And the highest rates are here in North America. However when men from Japan move to the US guess what happens. Their incidence of prostate issue goes to the same level as it does here. It is not regional it is based on the dietary differences between the two countries. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and plant based food are important. Check out our section on 10 steps to better prostate health to see what an important role diet plays and why soy is also so important.

Question: I considered ordering Avodart from a Canadian Pharmacy. I get the emails every day and it is so cheap. Do you recommend getting a prescription like that online?

Answer: This one is actually a no brainer. You can look this one up on 60 minutes. Just look at some of the labs they have seized in China. You have no idea whatsoever what you are buying. The products can look almost identical to a real pharmaceutical and actually contain dangerous substances. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. AND I MEAN ANYTHING from a Canadian pharmacy. You are better off literally buying your drugs in Mexico.

Question: What is Genistin? I heard this was a pill I could take. My pharmacist has never heard of it.

Answer: Genistin is not a pill. It is an isoflavone found in soy protein. Which is a reason there is a dramatically lower incidence of prostate issues in Japan. Their soy intake is so much higher than our own. There are dozens of studies that suggest consuming soy protein. We agree and think taking 35-50mg of soy protein a day as one of the “9 Steps to a Healthy Prostate.”

Question:I am on a tight budget and want to try some natural pills before I get on prescription medication. As I heard they can be dangerous. What do you suggest?

Answer: If you are on a tight budget the best thing to do is to limit your shipping costs. If you buy a 6 or 7 month supply you will always be stocked up and put an extra $100 in your wallet.
